In a recent interview with TechExit.io, Don Murray pulled back the curtain on an emotional eight-month journey, adjusting to life as sole CEO of Safe Software as well as his plans for the future growth of the company with new partner JMI Equity. Don considered multiple buyers for a 50% stake until JMI Equity emerged as the leader. By acquiring an additional 1%, he took a controlling 51% share. Now as sole CEO, he’s advancing with new KPIs and a well-resourced partner.
