About The Role

Safe Software is looking for a fun-loving, talented Customer Service Representative who is interested in becoming part of one of the fastest growing data integration companies in the world! As a Customer Service Representative, you act as a liaison between sales and order fulfillment.  You understand the value of great communication and have a passion for helping customers navigate the post sales process.  Your patience and empathetic nature is key as you help resolve any outstanding questions or concerns a customer may have.   A strong customer-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn and help both our customers/partners and the Safe Software team, are essential for success in this role.

About The Team

The Customer Engagement team first and foremost is a team that prioritizes our customers’ needs. Our focus isn't about closing, it's about helping. You'll assist in building and maintaining relationships with leads and customers, and help them understand how our FME products can benefit them, without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. We focus on the overall customer experience and we believe in our software, and let the results speak for themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a large number of post sales orders, validating/updating the customer sales data to provide accurate and complete information to the order processing team via Salesforce
  • Handle customer inquiries, liaise with Account and Channel Managers to answer questions in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain trust relationships with our internal and external customers through open and transparent communication

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • At least 2 years previous experience in a client service representative role.
  • Exceptional diplomacy with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of internal and external customers.
  • Patient and courteous - ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye and attention to detail.
  • A team player - you are able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A self-starter – you are able to set schedules, stay focused, manage deadlines and risks to deliver on assigned projects.
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment – you are not afraid of fast-paced change!
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational and time management skills.
  • A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with managing customer data via Salesforce
