With Annual Maintenance from Safe Software, you'll have access to product updates and other important benefits so that you can continue to solve your toughest data interoperability challenges.
Availability
Annual Maintenance is included with the purchase of all FME® products for the first year*. If you would like to continue to receive the benefits of Annual Maintenance, you will be required to renew on an annual basis.
*When purchasing incremental licenses or add-ons, maintenance can be pro-rated to co-terminate with an existing primary product.
Benefits
- Software updates: When a new version of FME becomes available, you'll automatically receive it so your organization can immediately take full advantage of the new formats, transformers, and other user-inspired improvements introduced in each new release. You're also entitled to access periodic betas of upcoming FME releases.
- FME Standard Technical Support: With FME Standard Technical Support, you'll get the expert assistance you need to install and use the core functionality and components in FME. - Training discounts: For each FME license purchased
(with Annual Maintenance), you receive a 50% discount on one registration
for an FME public training course*. Maximize your investment in software

- *Discount applies to courses taught by Safe Software. It does not apply to training courses taught by Safe's Reseller Partners. To receive the discount, include your FME serial number in the "Promo code" field when registering for a course.
- Full credit for upgrades: When your Annual Maintenance is kept up-to-date, your FME software retains its full value. If you choose to upgrade to an FME edition with higher functionality or to a different license configuration, you will get full credit for your product trade-in.
- Predictable budget planning: With Annual Maintenance, you can make predictable annual payments that fit into your budget planning cycle. We'll contact you automatically about renewal both 65 and 35 days prior to the Annual Maintenance expiry date so you'll have plenty of time to arrange for payment.
