Registration cut-off is dependent on the payment method:

• Registration will remain open for credit card orders and will be available onsite at the conference. Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and American Express) are accepted securely through the Eventbrite service.
• Registrations close for offline payment methods. For purchase orders, cheques, and wire transfers, payment must be made within 30 days of the order date or by August 15, 2022; whichever is sooner to avoid cancellation.

You may transfer your conference pass to someone else for free up to July 25, 2022. Name badges are required for entry to the conference, so please ensure each ticket is associated with the name of the correct conference attendee.

If you’re unable to attend and can’t find a replacement, you may cancel your registration for a full refund by June 30, 2022. Between July 1 - August 6, 2022 you may cancel your registration for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given on or after August 7, 2022.

Yes, you can purchase pre-conference training after registering for the FME UC. Select Pre-conference Training from the registration page and make sure to login to Eventbrite with the email and password used to purchase your FME UC pass.

Pre-conference Training on Tuesday, August 23 is a full day of hands-on learning. Various classes will be offered. Topics and schedules can be found here.

Delicious breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included on the Pre-conference Training day.

Registrants will be able to select courses when purchasing a pre-conference training pass.

You are welcome to change courses by following these steps:

1. Log into your Eventbrite Account
2. Click into the event (FME User Conference)
3. Click Edit on the right side of the page (next to Pre-Conference Training Pass)
4. Scroll down to the pre-conference training courses
5. Select courses you would like to attend and hit the Save button

Please bring a laptop or Chromebook that can connect to Wifi and remote desktop to Windows machines. If you have a Mac, please have the Microsoft Remote Desktop client for Mac installed. A remote Windows machine with FME Desktop will be provided, plus various installations of FME Server and/or FME Cloud. You do not need to have any data or FME software installed or licensed for the training.

Safe Software reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course at any time and in its sole discretion. If Safe Software reschedules or cancels a course, then you will be offered a refund or an opportunity to transfer your registration to any other available course. Safe Software is not responsible for any other expenses, costs, or losses you may sustain due to Safe Software's cancellation or rescheduling.

Breakout sessions are based on a first-come-first-served basis. You will have the option to build out your agenda, but this does not guarantee you a seat in any given session. Please plan to arrive early in order to secure a seat. Be sure to review the Agenda to review sessions, as some will be repeated.

We require all attendees to sign up for the FME User Conference online through our Registration page. Tickets will remain available throughout the week of the conference.

Although not required, we encourage attendees to practice social distancing measures, when possible.

Due to the escalating concerns around the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we made the difficult but important decision to postpone the FME User Conference.

Safe Software prioritizes the health and safety of customers, partners, and the community. We believe this was the right decision given the evolving public risks and recommended safety measures issued by the World Health Organization, Public Health Agency of Canada, and local health authorities.

The FME UC 2022 has now been rescheduled to August 24-26, 2022. We hope to see you there!
