If you are paying hourly for the instance, then you will be billed monthly for the instance and your data transfer, storage, and backup costs. If you purchased an annual subscription for the instance, then you will pay the up-front one time payment for that instance plus you will be billed monthly for your data transfer, storage, and backup costs. All invoices are charged in USD.
We accept all major credit cards. Bulk credits can also be pre-purchased via other payment methods.
You are not charged the FME Cloud hourly instance costs. The only costs are the data storage costs as your data still persists on the disk.
All instances are charged a minimum of 1 hour for up-time each time they are launched. For example, if you run your instance for 40 minutes, you’ll be billed for 1 hour of usage and if you launch an instance twice within an hour you'll be charged for two hours.
