When One API Just Isn't Enough, Using FME as an API Integration Platform

There is currently an explosion of API’s for providing data and as a mechanism for connecting to systems. FME provides the perfect platform for connecting to these APIs to process data and to enable disparate systems, such as a CRM or finance system, to connect together. Sterling Geo has been working with a number of customers, including Surrey Heath Borough Council, to enable them to use FME and FME Cloud to integrate different services via API’s including financial reporting, customer management, planning, health care and asset management. This includes using FME as a validation gateway to integrate form submission from mobile data collection tools into back office systems.
