Reclamation Information System

To support the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) The government of Alberta through the ministry of Environment and Parks (AEP) collaborated with industry in 2010 to build the Reclamation Information System (RIS). To further the RIS system’s strength in delivering high quality spatial data through the application process, AEP again collaborated in 2017 to complete updates and guide the implementation of a web-based submission interface. The submission tool utilizes many technologies and our presentation will focus on the use of FME Server.
