Liberating Government Data with FME Cloud

We have leveraged FME Cloud to provide cloud-based Extract-Transform-Load services for Socrata customers. As a partner of Safe, we make extensive use of the FME Socrata Writer to publish data to the Socrata platform from a wide variety of source systems and formats used by our public sector customers. In this talk I highlight a system we developed allowing seamless version control of workflows and resources on FME Cloud. The system automatically publishes to FME Server when files are checked into a Git repository enabling version control without having to manually keep a Git repository up-to-date with files on FME Server.
