Highway Performance Monitoring System Implementation Using FME

The Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) is a data program at the Federal Highway Administration that tracks performance on the inventory of US highways. Last month, HPMS was updated to a spatial model that ingests State DOT Networks into a common database environment. This presentation will provide background to the HPMS program and the effort to transform State DOT highway networks into a national dataset using FME.
