FME World Tour 2022 Bringing ISP Interest To Light

Leveraging FME Safe, we are processing crowd-sourced ArcGIS Survey 123 submissions near real-time to geocode results to their correct address value and enriching the data with critical marketing attributes. The records are imported to an enterprise geodatabase for display in a REST service, and posted to Sugar customer relationship management system (CRM) for the Marketing and Customer Service Representatives to use. Using FME Safe allows us to bring real-time awareness of service interest within the targeted market area.
