Note: Multiple serial numbers are allowed. If more than one serial number, please separate by commas.

Hostname

Hostname is the name of the computer hosting the floating license.

Host ID

Host ID is the MAC address of the host computer (lowercase; no colons or dashes). Your hosted.txt file may contain multiple Host IDs; however, you can enter only one in the online request form.

Please ensure you have the correct Host ID. Only numbers and letters a-f are accepted.
