Product Support & Patch Policy

  • Beta Release (Tech Support and Software Support)
  • Current Release (Tech Support and Software Support)
  • Mature Releases (Tech Support Only) up-to four releases prior to the current release
  • Retired Releases (not supported) more than four releases prior to the current release

Tech Support includes support for installation, licensing, bug investigation, enhancement requests, and basic “how to” questions. Software Support includes software updates and bug fixes.
